Shipping via SEA, AIR, or Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc.) is optional depending on your needs.

Yes, we provide OEM services. We can help create labels and color boxes according to your specific requirements.
Q6: What is the warranty and how to handle defectives?
We offer a 5-year warranty. All products are produced under a strict quality control system with a defective rate of less than 0.2%. If a defect occurs during the warranty period, we will provide replacement lights or parts upon verification.
